First evening: Wednesday, August 12th

Opening greetings from the Malawi College of Medicine, the Ministry of Health or Office of the President and Cabinet, the incoming CAPGAN president

Buffet dinner and social evening to meet old friends and colleagues

Second evening: Thursday, August 13th

Dinner off campus at local Italian restaurant L’Hosteria

Evening Market atmosphere with Central Africana book and map shop as well as African Habitats furnishing store open late for browsing and souvenirs

Third Evening: Friday, August 14th

Dinner at the College of Medicine cafeteria

Dinner Lecture: Dr. Steve Carr on Agricultural developments and Hunger in Africa.

Final Evening: Saturday, August 15th

Dinner at the College of Medicine

Closing speeches and presentation of prizes for posters

Entertainment with traditional dancers and local band

Sunday, August 16th Tour Options: link- day trips
